The plain-English terms under which LeadsaholicOS provides its AI sales agent operating system to agency and service-business customers.
LeadsaholicOS (the “Service”) is an AI sales agent operating system for service businesses. The Service responds to inbound leads within a target of sub-60 seconds across web chat, contact forms, email inquiries, and missed-call text-back; qualifies leads with vertical-specific questions; books appointments into the client's scheduling system; and surfaces performance data through a live dashboard at /dashboard. The flat-rate subscription is $99 per month, billed month-to-month, cancel any time before the next billing cycle. Pricing details are listed on the public /pricing page and form part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity to create a LeadsaholicOS account. The Service is offered for business use only; consumer-personal accounts, hobby projects, or non-commercial experimentation are out of scope. You agree to provide accurate business contact information when signing up and to keep that information current. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service or the AI agent technology as a stand-alone product, except as an authorized agency partner onboarding end-clients through our documented program.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) generate or send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), regardless of channel; (b) process leads in verticals that are unlawful in your jurisdiction (for example, where regulated lead generation is barred for your license type) — you are solely responsible for confirming vertical legality in your operating area; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse-response safeguards, or other technical protections, or to probe, scan, or load-test the Service without written authorization; (d) scrape, mirror, or reconstruct the contents of dashboards, agent templates, or platform internals for the purpose of building a competing product; or (e) use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without prior notice where the violation is material.
For any personal data flowing through the AI agent on behalf of your end-customers, LeadsaholicOS acts as the data processor and you (the agency or business customer) act as the data controller. This split is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy. We will process that data only on your documented instructions, only as necessary to deliver the contracted service (lead response, qualification, and booking), and only with sub-processors we have listed to you. Upon request we will enter into a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) consistent with applicable data-protection law (including GDPR Article 28). You are responsible for your lawful basis to collect and process end-customer personal data in the first place; we make no representation about that basis.
The subscription fee is $99 per month, charged in advance for each monthly billing cycle, in US Dollars, via Stripe. There are no setup fees, no per-seat charges, and no metering on the number of leads handled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support — no early-cancellation fee, no annual lock-in, no clawback of pre-paid amounts for the current cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues through the end of the paid cycle and does not renew. Payment processing is currently satisfied via Stripe Connect payment links issued through Polsia; we may transition to native Stripe billing in a future release, in which case you will be notified in advance.
LeadsaholicOS provides a best-effort sub-60-second response target for inbound leads during normal operation. This target is a product commitment, not a contractual service-level agreement (SLA) with uptime credits. We do not guarantee uptime, response latency, or delivery of any specific lead, because the Service depends on third parties we do not control, including Neon (managed Postgres), OpenAI (model inference, when used), Stripe (payment processing), and any missed-call carrier or scheduling provider you connect. Service degrades gracefully when those providers are unavailable, and the dashboard will display the relevant health status during incidents.
LeadsaholicOS retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform — the /dashboard, the agent runtime, agent templates, qualification-flow logic, the Polsia analytics integration, and any documentation, branding, or marks we publish. You retain all rights, title, and interest in your own brand assets (logos, business name, vertical specialization), your own scripts and qualification questions you load into the platform, and your own CRM and customer data. We will not train models on your data or your end-customer data. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process your data solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of any monthly billing cycle without cause. We may also terminate or suspend immediately for material breach of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section, or for non-payment. On termination, your access to the dashboard and AI agent capabilities is disabled at the end of the paid cycle (or immediately, in the case of material breach). Data export of your records is available for 30 days after termination on written request to legal@leadsaholicos.com, after which we delete production copies of your data in line with the retention policy in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of AI-generated responses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the subscription fees paid by you to Leadsaholicos.com in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will either party be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, customers, opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of those damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages; in those places the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
